Government Authority located in Conway, Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for third-party direct deposit services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party processing of direct deposit refunds for students to the government authority located in Conway, AR.
- Ability to send refunds to students through direct deposits, able to assist students and still refund them even if they don’t have a bank account including but not limited to setting up a bank account for the student through their company, banking process follow all federal guidelines for student refunds including not charging fees for students, including making sure refunds are processed as quickly as possible, bank accounts need to be able to have students use ATM for quick deposits/withdrawals, process auto-draft of funds from the university to the third-party to facilitate the easy transfer for refunds, allow for ease of access for university staff to access for any questions, easy reporting capabilities, follow federal guidelines/timeline for issuing refunds to students, return of funds back to university if not able to refund to students, ability to process parent plus refunds and ability to document current security certificates to make sure student information is properly safeguarded.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 06, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
