(1) Vendor needs to provide professional surveying services for cadastral boundary location projects and for road design and right-of-way acquisition projects to the government authority located in Hot Springs, AR.
- Recovering, restoring, and perpetuating USPLSS (united states public land survey system) controlling corners, and locating and monumentalizing property corners.
- Locating and marking forest service (FS) property and other designated boundary lines.
- Refurbishing previously marked forest service property corners and boundary lines, and obliterating moot or misplaced corner and boundary markings.
- Establishing geodetic coordinates for some corners.
- Preparing survey plats and reports, suspected encroachment sketches, and state and FS corner documents.
- Completing road design profile and cross section surveys and right-of-way acquisition surveys.
