(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial consulting services to the government authority located in Juneau, AR.
- These reviews are regarding the retiree medical assumptions for PERS and TRS Defined Benefit plans and the retiree medical assumptions for PERS and TRS Defined Contribution plans.
- defined benefit plans and defined contribution plans, including a valuation of the PERS and TRS DCR Plans for the Occupational Death and Disability Plans and the Retiree Medical Plans
- the analysis has been delivered, and all data must be reported in both hard copy and electronically
- Gain/Loss analyses for each system, describing the reasons for changes and dollar impact
- Access to a principal consultant and primary alternate consultant
- Advice of anticipated development in federal legislation/regulations relating to public pension plans, plan qualifications, federal taxation, and GASB requirements.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 25, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
