[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search services for the position of director of housing and neighborhood programs to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Recruitment for the director of housing and neighborhood programs should target national applicants in the public sector
- The vendor shall assist in establishing a process for the recruitment, including a timeline for various actions during the recruitment process
- The vendor shall develop a comprehensive position profile based upon information obtained in individual meetings with the Mayor or designees
- The vendor shall develop a marketing strategy that utilizes national professional contacts throughout the geographic area identified and supplement the candidate identification process through selected advertising, use of internet and direct solicitation of known desirable candidates
- The vendor shall implement a screening process that narrows the field of candidates to those that most closely match the needs of the City, including discussing results of preliminary reference checks on top candidates
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 28, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
