[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy benefits manager services for self-funded health plan to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- receive/pay Claim invoices on a biweekly (every two weeks) basis.
- detailed account structure reporting of claims, invoiced amounts and Manufacturer Payments for corporate and government accounting.
- Other Medicare-eligible retirees and other Medicare-eligible (disabled) former employees are offered participation in a group Medicare Advantage plan and do not remain in the University’s self-funded plan
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2019.
(3) A notice of intent to due on December 10, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
