[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website design services and solution using Drupal content management system must be compatible with mobile devices, browsers including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, IE and social media.
- support the creation, management, distribution, sharing, publishing, and discovery of website content
- ability to manage the structure of the site; manage the appearance of the published pages; determine, on-the-fly, the navigation provided to the users; share information across sectors or portions of the entire website; and publish global changes or updates throughout the website.
- Increase the accuracy and timeliness of content by providing users with an easy-to-use interface for creating, posting, and maintaining web pages using university-defined templates.
- Improve user experience through the development of an optimized site architecture
- Enable users to actively post information to multiple sites from authoritative databases, reducing
inconsistencies across sites and eliminating the need to manually update frequently-changing information.
- Encourage consistent site-wide standards for style, design, branding, and metadata tagging.
- CMS that supports the creation and modification of digital content for multiple individuals in a
collaborative environment and allows for the delivery of such content to multiple users. The CMS
may be software or software-as-a-service
- allow editing inside of a smartphone, iOS or Android
- ability to create and maintain shared assets that are used throughout one or multiple websites
- allow for comments to be used on any site page
- easily applied to existing pages across the website
- create a website design project plan, including implementation timelines, task lists and a Content Migration Plan.
- Help design a new home page, second and third level pages, following brand identity guidelines
- new design must strictly adhere to accepted design standards. Use of multimedia technologies is
acceptable but must not impede or delay access to content.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 21, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
