[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide content management system for the installation and maintenance of supporting digital displays.
- live demonstration of the intuitive and ease of use features of the software being provided; including such items as screen template building, content creation, playlist creations, running health/status reports, advertising audit reports and any other user interface features.
- planning, engineering and design services to develop a video wall content management system solution that meets the criteria defined in this document
- Provide coordination with other systems to ensure a coordinated interoperable system
- develop screen graphics and configuration that is in accordance with their visual requirements in terms of data displayed, format of the data, color schemes and overall aesthetic.
- Full-motion video
- Animated graphics
- Video and static advertisement
- solution to manage content and playback will be required for use at three LED video walls within the facility
- ability to assign content across multiple or single displays as needed as well as across multiple hardware mediums
- Screen templates can be created within the graphical user interface
- capable of creating and automatically enabling visual events based on live data received by the system
- User assignments can be managed by an administrator and include individual displays or predefined zones and workgroups
- Users can view and manage media player properties
- content able to be displayed within any single canvas at one time. In addition, any size media can be placed anywhere on the canvas regardless of video signal routing or display
- support tagging of content, layers and canvases for searches within the software.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on November 6, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 8, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
