[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Health Services Assistance Services to contract with a Clinic of trained medical professionals who are Board Certified Doctors and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to provide services include the following activities: conduct comprehensive physics and development assessments, establish diagnoses for common short-term acute illnesses and uncomplicated chronic illness; order perform and interpret laboratory tests, order radiologic procedures; prescribe medications; refer patients to appropriate physicians and other health care providers at appropriate agencies; provide health maintenance and promotion; provide patient education; maintain health records and institute emergency care
- goal for hiring contract medical services is to assure adequate and affordable health care will be available for the students to the government authority located in Pine Bluff, AR.
(2) A contract period will be for one year.
(3) All Questions must be submitted no later than September 20, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
