Government Authority located Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Ticketing Software System and Equipment.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Ticketing Software System and Equipmentto provide a comprehensive Ticketing Software System that integrates categories of service for a ticketing, fundraising and marketing platform.
- Must provide dedicated customer support/services
- Must provide support for the e-commerce solution
- Must integrate a fundraising, marketing, Access Management, CRM, Data Warehouse, Analytics and Reporting solution
- Provide 100% control and ownership of system control/customization
- Provide API functionality including any current partnership utilizing APIs in the College Athletics market
- Provide System Security/PCI Compliance
- Support an integrated, real time, branded, large scale e-commerce site tied to sales, ticketing/donor database, student online ticketing/lottery functionality, and post-season events
- Support a robust online Account Management system to allow patrons to manage their tickets with functionalities that include transfers, exchanges, reprints, and season renewals
- Provide functionality that helps to reseat and/or upgrade season ticket holders’ tickets and parking including 3D map functionality
- Provide real time communication between the software system and the ticketing system, such that all bar codes issued, voided or otherwise changed in status are updated instantly on the software system
- Ability to track customer data.
- Ability to provide various custom reports and dashboards
- System must be PCI compliant in relation to online and on-site credit card sales.
- Provide systems mechanisms to detect and protect client/personal confidential information, commercial misuse, and hacking
- Provide Fraud Management and Payment Processing systems.
(2) All Questions must be submitted no later than September 13, 2019.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
