Government authority located in Little Rock, Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for project consultant service.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide project consultant service for public works department to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Act as a liaison between the County Judge, Engineer and Contractor, and the Public Works department
- Coordinate projects between the County, Engineering Project Manager, and the Contractor hired for the particular project.
- Attend meetings that are required concerning the project(s).
- Coordinate with other county employees or entities as requested by the County Judge regarding project(s).
- Monitor the project and suggest any recommendations.
- Seek funding for projects to include both public and private grant awards or donations.
- Generate reports regarding the project(s) on a monthly or bi-weekly basis (depending on the size of the project)
- Keep the County Judge briefed on the progress of project(s).
- May be required to complete other duties as assigned by the County Judge.
- The Project Consultant should have strong speaking skills to explain information in an understandable manner and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with those involved in the project.
- The Project Consultant will be paid hourly and services will be performed on an as needed basis as authorized by the County.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 23, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
