[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide bill eligibility processing support services, recoupment support services, counseling support services, training support services, and marketing support services to the government authority located in Arlington, VA.
- Bill Eligibility Processing Support Services shall receive a request/recommendation from a State/DVA and use Government approved systems and databases to research that Soldier’s eligibility for all GI Bill programs applicable to the ARNG including Chapters 30, 33, 1606, 1607 and the MGIB-SR Kicker.
- Marketing support services shall develop and maintain flyers, brochures, PowerPoint briefings
and a detailed handbook explaining eligibility requirements, benefits and application procedures for all ARNG education benefit programs.
- Counseling Support Services shall provide education benefit information to Soldiers, Commanders, State ARNG Education Staff, students/staff at NGPEC and Soldiers/staff at National Guard Bureau for all ARNG Education benefit programs using a combination of briefings, face to face counseling, telephone, email, video teleconferences (VTC), Defense Collaboration Service (DCS) webinars, and social media platforms and record the Soldier’s eligibility status into the applicable Government systems.
(2) This bid is set aside for Competitive 8(a).

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
