Vendor needs to provide legal counsel services for civil service commission to provide representation, legal advice, counsel, and consultation to city management regarding hearings of disciplinary action appeals, disciplined employees shall receive due process and departmental order is maintained by ensuring disciplinary action investigations are presented in a fair and accurate manner before the commission, coordination with the city attorney’s office who represents the civil service commission ,timely escalation and resolution of issues, cost containment within the established budget to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
