[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide charge compensator for scanning electron microscope services to increase and improve scientific knowledge of pharmacological drug-impacts on human health and include the employment of sophisticated serial block-face scanning electron microscopes such the zeiss merlin used in tandem with the gatan 3view serial block face serial sectioner, which provides remarkably detailed imagery to the government authority located in Jefferson, AR.
- Ability to significantly compensate for, or eliminate accumulated charge on the surface of a previously-charged, embedded biological tissue chemically prepared and processed
- Installation and system testing, to include a "before and after" test, to verify device efficacy and functionality.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
