[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide registry reporting and analytics system for improves the care for patients suffering traumatic injuries, unplanned return to the operating room, improvement initiatives and uncover opportunities for improvement, risk-adjusted data analysis for patient care, accessible to authorized users via a variety of web browsers including Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Safari, ability to print, download, and export all reports and analytics to Excel, able to adjust and control for trauma-specific variables, automate hierarchical reliability adjustments and automate risk-adjustment.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than June 14, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
