[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide automatic tissue resistance measuring systems with 24 and 96 well electrodes.
- Blood-brain-barrier integrity and cellular confluency is key in validating a cellular model of the blood-brain-barrier on-a chip concept, with down-stream applications in treatment options and mechanistic evaluation of the condition in instances of traumatic brain injury
- Trans endothelial electrical resistance is a widely accepted quantitative technique to measure the integrity of tight junctions, specialized connections between adjacent cells, which are responsible for the selective permeability characteristic of the blood-brain-barrier.
- Moves the electrodes over each well of the microplate
- Ability to switch to manual mode as required.
(2) Contract period will be one year.
(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
