[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide snack vending machine services to the government authority located in North Little Rock, AR.
- The vendor shall, without cost to the University, supply, install, service, re-stock, repair, and maintain all snack vending machines in a reasonably agreed upon timely manner,
- The vendor shall furnish and install high quality vending machines and all related equipment. The machines shall be modern, of the latest mechanical/electronic technology and will be in new or near new condition,
- All machines shall show the vendor’s name and local service telephone number for reporting of malfunctions,
- All equipment shall be ADA-compliant,
- All snack vending machines shall be equipped with a non-resetting meter device, monthly sales and commission reports should clearly state beginning and ending meter readings, gross sales receipts by location, commissions by machine and location, and the grand total for the university each month,
- All vending equipment shall be equipped with multiple payment options, including a coin mechanism accepting any combination of nickels, dimes, and quarters, a dollar bill validator, and debit credit cards, and ability to accept any future issued account or payment cards.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on April 23, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 24,2019.
