[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services or facilities management company with a proven track record of providing facilities cleaning with attention to detail and reliable service. to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- All trash and recycling receptacles are to be emptied and removed to a collection point.
- Vacuum carpeted areas and rugs in hallways, stairwells, and classrooms.
- Clean and disinfect all drinking fountains.
- Clean entryway glass doors and disinfect door handles/push plates.
- Maintain dust free horizontal surfaces including window sills, ledges and work surfaces, in hallways and stairwells.
- Maintain dust free horizontal surfaces, including window sills, ledges, cabinets, and work surfaces in classrooms and multipurpose rooms 2 days (Monday and Thursday) per week,
- Dust mop hard surfaces with treated dust mop in hallways, stairwells, classrooms, cafeteria,
teacher’s lounge.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.
