Government Authority located in Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for website redesign and implementation of a content management system.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign and implementation of a content management system must be compatible with mobile, social media and browser.
- A completely redesigned and responsive public-facing website.
- The redesigned site must contain seamless functionality with the college’s learning management system, the student and employee portal and college mobile applications.
- A functional CMS for updating and managing the website and subdomains, the ability to transfer selected content from the current site.
- Functionality including feeds to external college applications including social media and photo, video archives.
- Development of a management philosophy and approach for maintaining website beyond initial implementation.
- In person staff training, along with technical maintenance and support for the updated website and content management system.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 5, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
