[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical and pharmaceutical waste disposal services for the department of human services include collection, removal, transportation, and provision of final incineration point of: untreated bio-medical waste, pathological waste, bio-hazardous waste, contaminated items, microbiological waste, contaminated sharps and pharmaceutical waste to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
(2) All questions must be submitted in written no later than March 27, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
