[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial multiple line building and content insurance services for staff of employees physically located at a claim intake office, 24-hour claims reporting phone number for all claims intake, guidance to Insureds to protect property and mitigate loss, review and confirm coverage to Insureds for all claims, manage and settle losses directly unless an independent adjuster is required, ongoing contact with the adjuster throughout the claim process, review loss estimates and negotiate with the Participating Governmental Entity to prepare a proof of loss to the and maintain electronic claim files including claim adjustment files notes, preservation of reports, loss and expense data collection and data accuracy government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 11, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
