(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based subscription medical and drug database services for online web access to a cross-searchable medication, toxicology, patient education and disease state information database,
- The online platform must allow quick searches across all resources simultaneously in one search statement,
- Online access must be available 24/7 for VISN 16 clinical staff,
- The software will include clinical intervention documentation, quality assurance documentation, formulary management tools and drug information hyperlinks within documentation forms,
- Online access to a product that will provide, via one interface and one search platform access to the comprehensive databases that include:
- Alternative and Herbal Medication Database,
- Comprehensive Medication Monographs,
- Adverse drug reaction query,
- Patient education material (disease and drug),
- IV compatibility charts and tables/query tools,
- Toxicology and poison control,
- Pharmaceutical product identification,
- Smart phone and tablet application.
(2) This bid is set aside for veteran-owned small business.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
