[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services for all supervision, labour and All Of The Areas Are To Be Cleaned According To The Following Recommended;
(1) All Classrooms, Offices: -
- Empty wastebaskets; haul full plastic bags to waste receptacle.
- Complete dusting of all high and low areas and wet wiping.
- Spot mop tile and wood floors.
- Spot clean walls, doors, interior glass and hardware.
- Wash marker boards and rails.
- Clean sinks.
- Wash furniture.
(2) Gyms and Multipurpose Rooms: -
(3) All Restrooms: -
-Empty wastebaskets.
-Complete dusting.
-Spot clean walls, doors, mirrors and partitions.
-Refill dispensers, paper towels, toilet tissue.
-Sanitize all porcelain sinks, urinals and toilets.
-Clean all furniture and fixtures (chrome) and sanitize.
-Wet mop floors with sanitizing agent.
-Clean floors.
-Wash walls.
(4) Corridors, Stairs, Entrances: -
-Dust Mop.
-Sweep and damp mop steps.
-Wash all woodwork in corridors and handrails.
-Spot clean walls, doors and lockers.
-Refinish floors.
-Auto scrub halls.
-Wash walls, doors and doorframes.
-Clean door glass.
-Sanitize drinking fountains and Locker Rooms and Shower Rooms, to the government authority located in Jacksonville, AR.
(2) A contract period will be for one years.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 15,2019.
(4) An onsite meeting will be held on march 04,2019.
