[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide independent auditor services to serve as the independent auditors to perform an agreed upon procedures engagement performed under the state institute of public accountants statements and to meet the financial data review reporting requirements, for the federal transit administration as set forth in its 2018 national transit database policy manual for reduced reporters, of the razorback transit for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018 to the government authority located in Fayetteville, AR.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 15, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
