[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inventory management system to simplify day-to-day inventory control activities while enhancing charge capture for individual medical devices and equipment for the UAMS cardiac catheterization (CATH lab), interventional radiology (IR), gastroenterology (GI) and perioperative (Periop-OR) departments. Additionally, the inventory management software needs to be able to generate and store benchmarks for costs and activities related to materials management inventory controls and improving operational efficiency by:
• Increasing revenue by accurately capturing supply charges
• Improving productivity by removing manual and redundant tasks
• Advances patient care by minimizing non-clinical tasks
• Minimizes staff time spent locating lost charges
• Eliminates stock-outs by maintaining perpetual inventory
• Improves accuracy of patient billing
• Improve patient safety through management of expired, recalled, obsolete medical supplies And in such:
• Lowers costs by reducing excess inventory
• Reduces labor costs by automating inventory control tasks
(2) A letter of intent and questions will be due on February 15, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
