Government Authority located in Arkansas; USA based organization looking for supplemental paratransit services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental paratransit services to the government authority located in Arkansas.
- Provide a dedicated fleet of vehicles of sufficient number to operate the services as specified.
- Determine and schedule the hours of operation to be performed based upon the scheduled workload provided by link.
- Manifests sent from links to the contractor will include scheduled pickup times and scheduled drop off times.
- Guiding the passenger to handrails, seats and wheelchair lockdown locations;
- Assisting the passenger with seat belts, lap belts and shoulder harnesses;
- Assisting the passenger by guiding them from the exterior door to the vehicle and back, if requested;
- Providing verbal cues or orientation announcements for passengers who are visually impaired;
- Providing other assistance to passengers as noted on the drivers manifest.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
