[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide crisis and forensic mental health services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Demonstrate adequacy of behavioural health services, rehabilitative services, and emergency or crisis services as defined by herein including implementing appropriate evidenced-based and professionally recognized behavioural health services
- Each shall demonstrate the ability and commitment to provide services to the Priority Populations currently
- Each shall provide appropriate and necessary medications to clients including injectables
- Each shall provide medically necessary services under the outpatient behavioural health services
manual or the adult behavioural health services for community independence manual, as well as general rules and regulations required by the division of medical services, or medicaid
- Each shall provide community support programs using recovery-based services and supports that are empowering and strength based which enable children, youth, and adults with serious behavioural illnesses to live and participate, within the community, to their fullest potential
- Each shall develop peer culture, support, and leadership across all aspects of services. services should include, but are not limited to: assertive outreach, peer supports, drop-in model or club house model membership, and peer and consumer councils
- The shall at all times, provide the least restrictive and most effective services for the client served, utilizing evidenced-based approaches and outcome assessments to determine the value of the services for the client regardless of payor source
- The shall offer substance abuse disorder treatment services and shall be licensed to provide these services
- If the offers an acute crisis unit or therapeutic communities, the shall be certified by to provide the service offered
- The shall provide telemedicine services; all telemedicine services must meet state and federal requirements to ensure security of client information complies with and other confidentiality-related state and federal laws
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 1, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
