Government Authority Located in Conway, Arkansas; USA based organization looking for employee and student online training courses service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee and student online training courses service for a comprehensive solution to provide online education courses for faculty, staff and students
- Integrated Learning Management System,
- Course content shall be Higher Ed Specific (not corporate or industrial),
- Ability to upload and present our own course content through the training system,
- Customizable reports,
- Automated system to assign mandatory courses campus-wide for both student and employee population,
- Ability to assign mandatory courses at the department level manually (if necessary),
- Self-registration for volunteers or temporary positions,
- Ability to have of on-site credit markers for attendance at comparable trainings on campus rather than online,
- Ability to set the course pace and/or minimum completion time for trainings,
- No maximum number of administrators for system,
- Ability to have multiple categories and subcategories of employees in order to assign courses campus wide, department wide, or job specific course (such as UCA employee, Physical Plant employee and sub-categories of Janitor, Grounds, Maintenance, etc),
- Ability to have multiple categories and subcategories of students in order to assign courses campus wide or by specific student group (such as General student, Greek student, or Athlete),
- Possibility of having scheduled uploads from company server to university server in order to track completions of student trainings to the government authority located in Conway, AR.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 11, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
