[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide lecture capture solution for a comprehensive cloud-hosted solution for lecture capture with closed captioning capabilities with closed captioning capabilities, a lecture capture system with included closed captioning and audio descriptions to meet compliance.
- Lecture capture is a term used to describe a number of technologies that allow the audio-video capture of instruction in a classroom and elsewhere making it available digitally for students to view at any time on a variety of devices.
- Audio description for compliance refers to a narration that has been added to a video enabling the visual content to be accessible to individuals who are blind or have other visual disabilities.
- The solution must integrate into our learning management system to create a seamless experience for our campus community and use our central authentication service for user verifications.
- Integration with systems including: ways your system integrates with the gradebooks for reporting discrete student activity per class session.
- Integration with central authentication services including how single sign-on between our systems and your solution works.
- Integration with cloud services. While not required, what options do you have for cloud services integration i.e., Google.
(2) All written questions must be submitted no later than December 6, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
