[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide river market hall consultant services to assist in the development of a detailed study and master plan to assess the current utilization, operation and management of the market hall in the river market, as well as offer suggestions for future use, redevelopment and renovations to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Primary stakeholders will include, but not be limited to city officials, real estate developers, restaurateurs, hoteliers, and downtown attractions and museums
- Identify current strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
- Determine what urban and tourism related amenities are missing, or under developed, based on projects and successes in other cities
- Comparisons of public and private ventures related to the above-mentioned scope in similar cities
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 12, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
