[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide interactive communication platform for all students taking online courses through to collaborate interactively by adding images, documents, audio, video, and other media.
- Communication platform options to use program to replace discussion forums, ability to create audio, video, and text comments, ability to upload a variety of file types and Integrate with current learning management system.
- Ability to collect data on usage at the institution and course level
- Ability to run reports to evaluate usage
- Technical support available that takes all help desk issues off of the institution
- Training sessions resources for faculty and students
- Automated closed captioning for all audio and video.
- Options for users who use a screen reader
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 26, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
