[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide procurement card (p-card) services to the government authority located in Fort Smith, AR.
- P-cards should operate like credit cards.
- P-Card system including cash rebates based upon purchasing volume, an initial term to be negotiated with no price adjustments, transaction controls to eliminate or minimize errors and fraud, processing controls featuring good internal controls and audit trails, strong customer service, efficient interface with district financial software, etc.
- Provide any third-party partners performing any functions within the program and details of their responsibilities, provide all the billing cycle options available, electronic funds transfer payment requirements and provide a price schedule of all fees.
- Design, develop and implement programs to promote rigor, relevance, collaboration, critical-thinking skills and learning environments designed to meet each student’s unique needs and aspirations.
- Develop and train empathetic and nurturing employees to be sensitive to and supportive of the needs of all children and families.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
