[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide catering service for five days weekly, at for the spring dale evening reporting center to the government authority located in Fayetteville, AR.
- Provide five to ten prepared hot meals nightly, Monday through Friday, after 5:30pm while school
is in session and during lunch hours of 11:00am-1:00pm while school is not in session
- Provide a weekly planned electronic menu for five meal plans, no later than Friday morning the
week before service
- Offer meal cancellations free of charge
- Provide price lowering adjustments if less than ten meals are provided
- Prices are to be based on number of daily meals
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 2, 2018.
