[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning consultant services to organize and assist the university to a strategic framework, institutional assets, strategies for action, themes, milestones, initiatives, and work plan.
- Establish the strategic priorities of the University, Identify the role and goals for the institute’s future with respect to major initiatives and Opportunities, Benchmark goals and resources, etc.
- Designing, guiding and facilitating the strategic planning process.
- Facilitating and documenting planning sessions.
- Evaluating how the selected direction and strategies will impact the organizational structure.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 15, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
