[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic advisor management consultant services to assist in the development and implementation of a program.
- provides a framework by which Public-Private Partnerships may be formed to expedite the timely and cost-efficient development of qualifying projects for public infrastructure and government facilities by providing alternative and innovative procurement methods and funding sources which result in increased benefits to the public safety and welfare of the citizens of the substantial cost savings to responsible public entities and the public
- Materials Development rules and necessary instructional manuals
- Marketing and Communication to the private and public entities
- Strategic Guidance throughout the development, implementation, and execution of the program.
- Screening and Vetting projects
- Application development and submittal
- Public Relations, including creating materials and attending Statewide public meetings with stakeholders
- Responding to public inquiries
- Media Relations
- Website development
- Marketing materials
- General communications
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
