(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and visual equipment and supplies includes acoustic materials (panels, sound damping materials), audio players and recorders, listening centres, public address systems (mounted and handheld), audio filters, audio attenuator, speakers, wired, digital cameras, camcorders, Ariel imaging and drones, lenses, document cameras, projectors, monitors, screens, portable audio equipment, portable lighting control systems, portable sound mixers, transmitters, radio frequency equipment, receivers and room controllers, digital audio converters, audio isolation modules, gaming equipment, DVD players etc. to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2018.
(3) Contract term will be one year.
