[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based payroll system.
a. Web based access from any internet connected device via Windows and Apple based platforms
b. Employee data accessible 24/7
c. Real-time information changes
d. Real-time access to data. System must be .net architecture, preferably in PHP code
e. Import and export capabilities to other software via Microsoft Excel
f. Ability to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics GP General Ledger
g. Ability to manage IRS levies and other wage assignments through Responder garnishment product
h. Ability to process an unscheduled payroll without prior notification
i. Unlimited deduction fields available
j. Unlimited earnings codes available
k. Integrated system with one (1) login per administrator to access all aspects of the system
l. Ability to populate employee information for payroll, human resources, and
timekeeping information
m. Ability to review payroll summary report prior to submitting payroll batch
Integrated Timekeeping System
a. Ability to access employee timecards from the same login as the payroll system
b. Ability to view benefit accrual balances for each employee from within the timecard editor
c. Ability for employees to submit and supervisors to approve/deny time-off requests
d. Real-time updates to timecard
e. Support for both hardware and web-based time-clocks
f. Ability for employees to view check history and demographic information from same login as web-based clock
g. Ability for employees to view current, previous, and future pay-periods
h. Ability for employees to review and approve bi-weekly timecards
i. Ability to clock-in and out via controlled IP Addresses
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 03, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
