[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide technology operations review services to review the processes, procedures and general operations of the district technology department to the government authority located in Fort Smith, AR.
- Strategic Goals to develop and implement education and career pathways so that each student graduates with a viable plan and relevant skill set for his or her future, develop and implement a system-wide plan to provide all students with the resources they need to optimize their learning, design, develop and implement programs to promote rigor, relevance, collaboration, critical-thinking skills and learning environments designed to meet each student’s unique needs and aspirations and develop and train empathetic and nurturing employees to be sensitive to and supportive of the needs of all children and families.
- Also Assess current state of technology products and services; identify overall strengths as well as current and future needs, challenges and emerging issues and potential approaches, identify key quantitative performance indicators for technology functions and establish baseline measurements, assess current staffing model; identify potential support deficiencies due to lack of human capital, analyze job descriptions and compensation, develop a training plan for technology staff, assess the district’s educational technology training plan to include internet/data security standards, student technology training as well as parent/community training, develop a project approach to the review, including phases of the project similar to the suggested objectives, discovery collect relevant information to determine the current status of the district, this should include document review, onsite inspection, classroom observations, surveys, focus groups, and interviews.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
