[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audit services for certified public accountants and independent certified public accounting firm to audit its financial statements,
- Conducted in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards and shall include tests, sampling and other audit procedures as the auditor.
- Determine through observation and testing a reasonable assurance that financials statements are free of material misstatement due to errors, fraudulent financial reporting, misappropriation of assets or violation of laws or governmental regulations that are attributable to the government or to acts by management or employees acting on behalf of the government.
- Review contributions to the state pension plan and related entries to record share of the plans net pension liability.
- The auditing firm shall provide a copy of all audit adjustments with accompanying justification and copies of any other work papers to the government authority located in Hope, AR.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
