[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide CISCO unified communications voice over internet protocol system must be capable of providing multiple administrative levels, based on user profiles.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 5, 2015.
(3) Contract period shall be for one year.
