[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide professional learning and development services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.
- Determination of PLC implementation level in schools; analysis of data and selection of participating schools; training plan development and execution.
- Develop and administer a survey that will gather data from schools that can be used to categorize the respondents into level of PLC implementation, i.e. beginning, progressing, strong, and fully-implemented.
- Develop and facilitate the selection process for up to 7 schools per year for participation in training. Priority for inclusion should be based at a minimum on assessment data and level of PLC implementation. Other key factors to consider as part of the selection process may be recommended.
- Develop a professional development plan that addresses the different levels of implementation based on the analysis of the survey. Each plan should move a school one full implementation level per year, if implemented with fidelity.
- Develop a mentoring and/or training plan for educators from schools identified with fully implemented PLCs.
- The plan should address the ongoing training needs of the district leadership team as well as campus-based personnel.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
