[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Stroke Registry Medical Record Abstraction Services to
1. Abstraction
2. Re-abstraction
3. Reporting include
A. Currently there are 59 hospitals participating in the Arkansas Stroke Registry.
B. Historically, based on medical record abstractions input into the ASR by the current contractor, of the currently participating hospitals, approximately 3,000 abstractions per year have been completed.
C. Some of the participating hospitals enter their own abstraction data into the ASR. Therefore, the Contractor will be entering abstraction data for approximately 32 – 42 hospitals participating in the ASR.
D. The Contractor shall have the capacity to meet approximately 3,000 abstractions per program year to include all current participating hospitals and shall have the capacity to complete all available MRAs for additional hospitals during the life of the contract.
E. In addition to completing abstraction services, to assess and monitor data quality and accuracy, the Contractor shall complete five (5) re-abstractions per hospital, for all hospitals participating in the ASR, per year to the government authority located Little Rock, AR.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 27, 2018.
(3)A contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
