Government Authority located in Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Microfilming Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Microfilming Services to create microfilmed copies of all Records
- utilize Imagelink Pos Microfilm for microfilming Records
- house the microfilms created on Zeta Products 35MM, open flange 100-foot reels.
- store each microfilm reel in a white Gaylord 35MM microfilm box
- microfilm each Record so that the left and right pages of the Record fill a single frame (i.e. 51,000 pages equals 25,500 frames
(2) A Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
