Government Authority located in Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Outsourcing the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration Services to Third-Party.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Outsourcing the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration Services to Third-Party to outsource FMLA leave of absence management and administration to a 3rd party. This is presently done in-house. There is a need for UAMS to have this program outsourced and automated to include all required notifications, compliance, and have employees needing leave time away from work to call-in to a toll free number reporting their FMLA leave time away from work to a designated specialist. The system must coordinate with other 3rd party administrators to include current vendor that manage Short-term Disability.
1. Best practice plan management and administration for FMLA to include extended absences and intermittent absences.
2. A quality user friendly system and process for employees.
3. Ability to convert open FMLA cases to your system
4. Ability to track multiple leave of absence (LOA) reasons
5. Ability to evaluate for ADA initiation based on claim.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 20, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
