(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefit brokerage consulting services to assisting the city in administering all group insurance plans, responding to questions from and providing information to staff, and providing other consulting services during the course of the plan year, reviewing claims experience, claim service, and claim administration to ensure maximum benefit to the city, determining and recommending the most economical funding methods for the benefit programs, COBRA administration for the city during the length of the contract and access to the department of human resources for answers to day-to-day issues relating to benefits plan to the government authority located in Maumelle, AR.
