[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise reporting solution to
a. Advise SEARK on all matters pertaining to Enterprise Reporting.
b. Provide a proven ERS designed for Higher Education.
c. Assurance that the provided ERS will improve and optimize federal, state, and institutional reporting.
d. The ERS must seamlessly integrate with SEARK’s current Student Information System (SIS) as well as utilize Active Directory / LDAP connectivity for setting up and maintaining user accounts.
e. The ERS must include automation and scheduling functionality.
f. The ERS must have the ability to retrieve data from the SIS using both hardcoded SQL as well as a less technical and more user-friendly GUI to build SQL queries.
g. The ERS must have the ability to send an email to a specific recipient(s) based on an identifier such as a department code or student ID within the generated report.
h. The ERS must have the ability to provide charts, graphs, and predictive analytics, in addition to generating reports in Excel/CSV and/or PDF format.
i. The ERS must provide a cooperative sharing tool whereby clients can share ideas, code, reports, etc.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 11, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
