[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide collection services to provide a computerized third party collection system, for the selection, assignment, recall and cancellation of accounts, receiving an assigned bad debt collection account, initiate a telephone attempt to obtain payment or satisfactory payment arrangement including dollar minimums, automated dialing and messaging capabilities, hours for calling and number of attempt to contact debtors by phone, to establish installment payment arrangements for payment of bills, separate and distinctly different from bad debt collection efforts, collection efforts with third party payers for disputed insurance amounts, detail invoice reflecting payment claimed, specialized follow-up and collection from third party liability cases, including motor vehicle accidents and worker’s compensation to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
(2) A letter of intent must be submitted no later than April 27, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 27, 2018.
(4) A contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
