[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party merchant processing services to collects payments online for utility payments, to procure its credit card payment processing services, online platform for miscellaneous invoices generated from BSA for planning permit fees, hosted interface supporting various payment processing functions to authorization of payment, receipt acknowledgment of payment, charges, settlement, credits, refunds, voids, chargebacks, accept online payments of various methods for planning permits like American express, discover, visa, Mastercard, automated receipt acknowledgement of payments, optional IVR payments, mobile payments to the government authority located in North Little Rock, AR.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 26, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
