[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide text messaging system to enhance mass communications with prospective and current students and to increase communications, ability to respond to prospective student concerns in real time, ability to set up recurring notifications, ability to store an unlimited amount of different contact numbers, allow scheduling permissions for the college administrators to schedule mass text campaigns, ability to schedule notifications to be sent at a future date and time, send text messages to an unlimited number of individuals as mass text campaigns, ability to add or edit recipient and contact information directly within the solution.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 21, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
