Vendor needs to provide virtualized cyber range system of realistic, risk-free simulated environment for training, developing and testing response actions to routine, zero-day and catastrophic events, enable users to train and exercise offensive and defensive measures and forensics on an off-line network that models their own environment, able to be populated with 500 users with ambient and attack traffic being generated from to user bots on the network, to create and execute complex scenario-based network attack events and ability to replicate networks.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
