[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) vendor needs to provide medicaid enrollment provider services for inmates and offenders upon release from incarceration, as well as those offenders placed on parole or probation in an applicable insurance policy, private option insurance, or any subsequent insurance program to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
(2) All question must be submitted in writing no later than February 5, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
